Our recruitment process

01/ get to know us

Read about our company to understand who we are and why you should join us. You can also ckeck the values that keep us moving forward.

02/ apply for a job

Check our open positions and hit “Apply” button next to the one that interested you. You will be asked to fill a short form and send us your CV and Covering letter.

03/ we analyse your application

HR person will compare your previous experiences, knowledge and skills with the position’s requirements. She will also be intrested in your motivation expressed in the covering letetr.

04/ some of you will take a test.

In some cases we might ask you to additionally fill personality and/or skills online tests. You will receive the results after submitting them.

05/ we meet for interview

You will have an opportunity to talk with HR person and your potential manager. The interview is to get to know each other better. Remember to ask us your questions. See how to prepare for the interview.

06/ we give you feedback

Most of the times we make decision within 14 days. We will contact you by phone or e-mail to give you our feedback, regardless from our decision.
