Nemanja Ognjanović

Nemanja Ognjanović is an experienced leader in software engineering, currently working as the Director of Software Engineering. He began his career at Ringier in 2010 as a web programmer, rapidly advancing to Lead Web Programmer in 2012 and then to Head of Software Development, a role he held until January 2022 before moving to his current position. Nemanja has been a key figure in developing the software development department at Ringier Serbia, making significant contributions to several major projects, notably the successful migration of Blic.rs in 2015. This complex project involved migrating both web and mobile applications and transferring nearly a million articles to a new content management system, completed without any operational disruption, thanks to the collaborative effort of his team. In addition to his professional achievements, Nemanja was one of the first members of 'PHPSrbije', the local software development community, actively contributing from 2014 to 2018. With a passion for software architecture, Nemanja is dedicated to creating sustainable software solutions.
