Ringier Serbia has entered into an agreement to sell its local real estate portal Nekretnine.rs to Indomio d.o.o., part of Real Web.

Real Web operates leading real estate portals in Southern Europe such as Immobiliare.it (No. 1 in Italy), Pisos.com and Indomio.es (Spain), Immotop (Luxembourg), Spitogatos (No. 1 in Greece), Nepremicnine.net (No. 1 in Slovenia), Crozilla.com and Nekretnine.hr (Croatia), serving more than 50,000 real estate agencies.
Nekretnine.rs is a leading property portal and a well-recognized brand in Serbia, providing a broad inventory of residential and commercial listings and serving a wide network of agent customers, investors and developers.
With this transaction, Ringier Serbia aims to focus on the continued development of its local media portfolio, including the leading digital news platform Blic.rs. All current employees of Nekretnine.rs will transfer to the buyer as part of the agreement.
“Real Web brings deep expertise in operating high-performing real estate marketplaces across Europe. This step allows Nekretnine.rs to grow within a highly specialised ecosystem, while we sharpen our strategic focus on media in Serbia,” says Jelena Drakulić Petrović, CEO of Ringier Serbia. “We’re convinced that Real Web is the right partner to take the platform into its next phase.”
Nekretnine.rs now enters a new chapter under the stewardship of Real Web.
“With its strong presence among both users and real estate professionals in Serbia, Nekretnine.rs represents a natural fit with our network of property portals across the Balkan region,” says Silvio Pagliani, Co-founder & CEO of immobiliare.it. “By combining our technology and operational experience with the brand’s established local position, we aim to deliver even more value.”
Both parties have agreed not to disclose further details of the transaction.
