At the internal session AI Upskilling: Practical Application in Everyday Work, held in the Blic TV studio, the Ringier Serbia team exchanged ideas and experiences on the use of artificial intelligence in the operations of our media company.

Jelena Drakulić Petrović, CEO of Ringier Serbia, spoke about the importance of mindset shifts, curiosity, learning, transformation, and the courage to implement new technologies. She placed special emphasis on two key goals of introducing AI solutions – greater efficiency and speed, which in turn create added value and drive business performance. She also highlighted the significance of Ringier’s annual SPEAK conference as a source of inspiration and guidance for ongoing transformation.

Members of the Product Development team – Marina Tešić, Product Owner, and Danilo Cicvarić, SEO and Business Analyst – along with Nikolina Govoruša, Audience Development Manager & SEO Editor at Blic.rs, shared concrete examples of AI application tailored to different departments, drawing from their own experiences and expertise. They also answered questions from colleagues.
