According to the latest official website traffic data for September 2024, Blic has remained the most visited Serbian portal for an impressive 153 consecutive months, or more than 12 and a half years. Throughout September, Blic was visited by over a million users from Serbia daily, with an exact daily average of 1,025,562.
Since the start of official Gemius research in Serbia over 12 years ago, no portal has ever held the top spot besides Blic.
The latest readership data are from the official Gemius survey on Serbian internet portal traffic for September, which is publicly available on the GemiusAudience website.
Blic: Serbia’s First Choice in September
In September, Blic was visited by 3,111,216 unique users from Serbia, accounting for 70% of the entire Serbian internet population. Blic is the only site in Serbia with over 3 million users. In second place is Kurir, with 161,232 fewer users, followed by Telegraf, Mondo, and others.
On average, 1,025,562 users from Serbia read Blic daily in September, making it the only site with over a million daily visitors. Kurir follows, with 184,213 fewer daily visitors.
Regarding total visits, Blic leads the competition by a significant margin, with nearly 59 million visits in September, surpassing its closest competitor by 6.8 million.
Blic News: Unquestionably the Most Read
Blic is the most trusted media outlet in Serbia, where people turn for reliable news when it matters most. The proof is in the numbers: Blic’s news section attracted 2,192,304 Serbian users in September, outperforming its closest competitor by 405,504 users—a number greater than the combined populations of Niš, Kragujevac, and Pančevo.
Blic Entertainment: An Unrivaled Victory
For years, Blic Entertainment has been the most visited entertainment section on the Serbian internet, with no competition in sight. In September, 2,041,728 users from Serbia visited Blic Entertainment, surpassing its closest rival by a staggering 505,920 users—equivalent to the combined populations of Novi Sad and Niš!
Žena.rs: Serbia’s Leading Women’s and Lifestyle Portal
In September, Žena.rs was the most-read women’s portal in Serbia, according to official website traffic data. Under the leadership of its new Editor-in-Chief, Nikola Golubović, Žena.rs attracted 1,929,168 unique users from Serbia throughout the month.
On average, 324,581 users read Žena.rs daily in September, with the second-most-read site trailing with 276,864 daily users.
Žena.rs also dominated in total visits, with 13.6 million in September, outperforming the second-place site by 3 million. For 29 out of 30 days in September, Žena.rs was Serbia’s most visited women’s portal.

Sports = Sportal
Sportal.rs maintained its dominance in the sports category in September, with 1,353,744 users, once again setting an unapproachable lead over its competitors. The next closest site had 882,624 unique users, a gap of 471,120.
Beograd na Blic Continues to Dominate
In September, Beograd na Blic, Blic’s local section, also stood out with 994,704 unique users! Its closest competitor had just 473,712 users, a difference of 520,992.

PulsOnline: The Most Read Entertainment Site
PulsOnline.rs continues its tradition as the independent entertainment portal category leader, with 1,196,832 unique users in September.
