Jelena Drakulić Petrović Appointed Vice President of the New Board of Directors of the “Digital Serbia” Initiative

The “Digital Serbia” Initiative has elected a new Board of Directors bringing together leaders from key sectors — IT, finance, technology, law, media, and consulting — united by the shared belief that knowledge, innovation, and collaboration are the foundations of a new economy and the continued development of Serbia’s digital ecosystem.

The new composition of the Board of Directors aims to strengthen Serbia’s position as a competitive and sustainable digital ecosystem by connecting different industries and perspectives. The other seven members of the Board are Petar Jovanović from AIK Bank, Ivan Rakić from EY, Branimir Gajić from Inspira Group, Rastko Petaković from Karanović & Partners, Jan Dolinaj from Levi9 Technology Services, Branko Milutinović from Nordeus, and Zoran Petrović from Raiffeisen Bank a.d. Belgrade.

Over the next two years, the President of the Initiative’s Assembly will be Dražen Šumić, Director of the Microsoft Development Center in Serbia, while the role of Deputy President will be held by Dragoljub Damljanović, Director of the Development Center in Novi Sad and Global Sales Director for Digital Networks at Schneider Electric.

Together with the Assembly, the Director of the Digital Serbia Initiative, Tanja Kuzman, and the executive office, the Board of Directors continues to work on implementing a strategy aimed at accelerating the development of the domestic digital economy tenfold, increasing the level of innovation, and enabling companies and talent from Serbia to achieve a stronger global presence.
